A: Yes. We supply potable water for domestic and event use, and non potable water for construction and irrigation. If you require documentation, tell us before delivery so we can advise the available options.

A: Same day may be possible subject to route and availability. Standard lead times are confirmed when you book. For urgent jobs, call dispatch.
Q: What volumes can you deliver
A: We run a range of tanker sizes suitable for residential suburbs and large sites. Tell us your required volume and access notes and we will allocate the right vehicle.
Q: Do you handle pumping on site
A: Yes. We can offload by gravity where suitable, or pump to reach higher or distant tanks by arrangement. Let us know hose distance, height and access requirements.
Q: What site access do you need
A: Please ensure safe, level access with enough turning space and overhead clearance. Gate codes and estate access must be arranged before arrival.
Q: Can you top up my existing tank
A: Yes. We top up fixed tanks and temporary storage. Please share your tank size, connection type and location so we can bring the correct fittings.
Q: Do you supply storage if I do not have a tank
A: Yes. We supply bladder tanks and fixed tanks with fittings. We can install on a suitable base and connect to your existing plumbing where feasible.
Q: What base do bladder tanks require
A: A flat, level surface free of sharp objects. Compact ground or a simple pad works well. We will guide you on size and protection mats if needed.
Q: How do I keep stored water clean
A: Use sealed tanks with food grade hoses and fittings. We can advise on basic filtration, first flush and periodic cleaning. Scheduled refills help maintain quality.
Q: How do I book and pay
A: Share your address, volume, preferred window and access notes. We will confirm price and timing. EFT payment or invoicing is available. Terms are confirmed on quote.
Q: What is your cancellation policy
A: Please cancel as early as possible. If a truck has been dispatched, a call out fee may apply. We will confirm the applicable fee on your booking.
Q: Can you schedule regular deliveries
A: Yes. We can set weekly, biweekly or monthly refills to keep levels stable. We will confirm the most efficient routing for your area.
Q: Do you work after hours and on weekends
A: Yes by arrangement, subject to availability and applicable after hours rates.
Q: Are there any restrictions on where you can offload
A: Local bylaws, water restrictions and site rules apply. The customer is responsible for site permissions. Our team complies with road and safety regulations.
